Weekdays, until 6 P.M. a day before reservation.

You can cancel after mutual confirmation, but only through the jennyhouse online mall.

(Cancellations are not available at the salon)

No - Show

On the day of the reservation, cancellations or no-shows

will result in a 100% deduction of the reservation fee, with no refunds.

If you want to cancel your reservation,
